Currently KandBmoonwalk.com only accepts domestic U.S. online orders for all party supply merchandise. All orders are shipped through the US Postal Service(USPS). Most orders placed by 10am CST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day, excludes holidays and weekends. Package tracking numbers will be emailed to you once orders have shipped. Visit www.usps.com to track your package while in transit to the delivery address given during our checkout process.
Delivery
There are three (3) method options available to receive delivery of your online purchases;
(1)Parcel Post offers a normal delivery time 7-10 business days* rate will display during our secure checkout process prior to completing your order.
(2)Priority offers a delivery time 3-5 business days* rate will display during our secure checkout process prior to completing your order.
(3)Express offers a delivery time 2-3 business days* rate will display during our secure checkout process prior to completing your order.
*Shipping delivery times may be longer due to situations beyond our control, including but not limited to: inclement weather and natural or manmade disasters.
