Acceptable Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express as forms of payment using Authorize.net and Cybersource to safely and easily process your payments.  Your information is passed using the best technology available, Secure Socket Layer encrypting, to keep your private and credit card information as secure as possible.

 

Refund/Return

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there is any discrepancy, please email orders@kandbmoonwalk.com to receive a return authorization number. Please place a copy of the email containing the return authorization number in any return package. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date you receive it to be eligible to receive a refund unless other arrangements are made by KandBmoonwalk.com and the purchaser. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. No merchandise can be returned once the factory-sealed packaging has been opened. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, the cost of shipping or return shipping is not eligible for a refund. When shipping any authorized return back to KandBmoonwalk.com, please be sure to send via a traceable method to the address below. If merchandise that has been approved for return are not received, we are not able to process your return.

Exchanges

KandBmoonwalk.com does not accept exchanges. If a different product is needed a new order must be placed and a return requested.

 

Cancellations

Due to the short order processing time at KandBmoonwalk.com orders cannot be cancelled. We do recommend that once you receive your order contact us at orders@kandbmoonwalk.com to request a return authorization number. Once we have received all merchandise and the terms in accordance with our Return/Refund Policy have been met the refund may be processed.
